Sales Lead
Aviasales is a leading travel search engine and online marketplace, dedicated to providing travelers with the best airfare deals and travel services.
Travelpayouts is a partnership platform dedicated to all things travel. Trusted brands like Booking.com, Tripadvisor, and GetYourGuide collaborate with over 500,000 travel content creators around the world using Travelpayouts to bring people the best travel deals.
We are looking for a Sales Lead to drive global partner acquisition, build a scalable sales process, and lead a team focused on expanding our partner network. In this role, you will shape the growth strategy, enhance Travelpayouts and Aviasales' presence in the travel industry, and ensure a steady influx of new high-value partners.
What you will do:
- Actively seek out, engage, and close deals with new partners, including travel content creators, bloggers, agencies, and travel-related platforms
- Optimize and manage the sales funnel, ensuring a structured process from lead generation to deal closure
- Hire, train, and manage a team, setting clear goals and overseeing performance
- Develop and execute an effective sales outreach strategy using email, social selling, networking, and other approaches
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to share partner insights and improve offerings
- Personally drive and close high-value strategic deals, effectively presenting Aviasales and Travelpayouts solutions
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / BD within the IT industry
- 2+ years of experience leading a sales / BD team
- Strong expertise in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
- Experience working with CRM systems and building scalable sales processes
- Experience in the online travel and affiliate marketing industries is a plus
